My Review:
This book is about two young teens from two completely different worlds. It begins with seventeen year old boy Finn, who knows nothing about his past. Only that he woke up in a dark squalid cell two years ago, mad with fear and lost memories. Now seventeen, he seeks for answers outside the world of Incarceron...  Incarceron is a prison so vast, that it contains not only cells... but also metal forests, dilapidated  cites and vast wilderness. However Incarceron is a world itself, a metal world where nothing is created or wasted and where all who live there, lives in a cutthroat world, fighting for food and survival. Even more then that, Incarceron is alive.. It observes everything that goes on within it's walls, with a red seeing eye omnipresent to the mortals within. Incarceron is all they have ever known. Finn believes that there's another place outside Incarceron and he might have came there. Very few prisoners believe that there is an outside,  however makes escape seems impossible. Until one day Finn discovers a shocking discovering- a crystal key with the same strange marking as the tattoo on his wrist. Which also  allows him to communicate with a mysterious girl name Claudia, who claims that she's  from the Outside.....

The story then switches to Claudia.. Who is the daughter of Incarceron's Warden, and is arranged to marry the prince of the realm. Frustrated with her bleak future and cutthroat political games in which she finds herself ensnared, Claudia is determined to prove that the monarchy is corrupt and discover the secrets of what is really going on... And to do so, she will have to dig deeper to uncover the secrets that lie within Incarceron... When she finds a crystal key in her father's study, she finds a link to a world that is nothing like the ideal utopia that Incarceron was supposed to be.. And that she can communicate with Finn on the other side..

Finn is determined to escape the prison and Claudia believes that she can help him.. So she and Finn must work together to bring him out of Incarceron, and into the "real" world. But they don't realize that there is more to Incarceron then meets the eye, and escape will take their greatest courage and cost more then they know. Because Incareron is alive, and with it watching and waiting, and toying with its inhabitants, Claudia and Finn's task is no small feat...

My Thoughts:

- This book was amazing.... Catherine Fisher had me pull me in on page one and wouldn't let me go until the end and had me begging for the next book to see what happens next..

-I really enjoyed reading  about this alive world that was so crazy and interesting to read... And the characters  in this book, were also very interesting to read too. How Finn live in this strange unreal world and while Claudia world was fill with secrets and lies...

-I also like how they change it  back and fourth  to there point of view, to get a idea of what each of there back stories were. So  Claudia and Finn, were both pulled unto this crazy adventure to work together and discover some very crazy things along the way...

- And I give this book a 5/5 stars....
