My Review:
After a tragic car accident that cost her parents lives. Sixteen-year-old Kate and her sister Georgia are sent to live with their grandparents in Paris. It was rough for Kate, because she had it the hardest, getting over the death of her parents. Weeks and weeks past, for Kate... With her being cooped up in her room.. Georgia and her grandparents are starting to worry about Kate being unhappy, and wonder when she'll be happy again... But that all changes when she meets Vincent. A dark, mysterious guy that brings hope for Kate after so long.. Vincent makes her more happier then anything, but Vincent has some secrets that he's not telling Kate. So when she discovers that Vincent and his family are not human and are something else.... Kate is shocked and starts to question her relationship with Vincent, and wonders if she can be with him...
But Kate discovers that she can't be without him, because she is falling in love with Vincent. So as their relationship grows and blossoms, Kate and Vincent are whole.. But when others like Vincent and his family arrive, which are more evil than them, and have fought with them for generations. They are also there for Vincent. Kate must make a choice if being with Vincent is a good thing, or will she risk everything to save him.. Even if it means her life to protect her family and save her true love.....
My Thoughts:
-This book was amazing... I really enjoyed the story in this book.. It was such a page turner, I was completely hooked on page one with the mystery, and the love story that this book had.. I also love how Amy explained the details of Paris in this book too, like how real it felt though out the book.. I really like that..
-I also fell in love with the characters in this book too, Kate was a great character.... I liked her because she wasn't all whiny or anything like some characters I've read in the past. And you also felt what she was going though when her parents died, which was sad.. While Vincent helped her to recover her lost and to be happy for the first time.... So yeah, she was very different . Which made me really enjoy her character.. And Vincent was so cool and mysterious and a fun character, which I really enjoyed about him... Oh, lets not forget the love relationship that Kate had with Vincent... Oh Man... What can I say about that... But, WOW! I was so amazed by the love story and what they meant to one another.. It was detailed so well..
-So that's all I have to say about Die For Me.. I differently recommend this book to any one who wants something different. You will enjoy it.. And I can't wait to read the second book, Until I Die. When it comes out next year in May....
And I give this book 5/5 stars...
