           My Review:
Loosing their grandmother at a very young age from an attack by a wolf that killed her, two sisters Scarlet and Rosie  now  live alone.  They now fight the brutal wolves that hunt in there small town. When they discover news of new dangers away from there small town,  how far will they go to keep each other safe from the  dangers that lurk in the city?  With the help of Scarlet’s  partner Silas, they face their dark shadows that hunts them..

*Scarlet March- Lives to hunt the Fenris. The werewolves that took her eye, when she was defending her sister Rosie, from a brutal attack. Armed with a razor-sharp hatchet and a blood red cloak. Scarlet is an expert of slaying the wolves. She’s determined to protect other young girls from a grisly death, and her raging heart will not rest until every single wolf is dead...
*Rosie March- Once felt her bound with her sister Scarlet was unbreakable. She owns her life to Scarlet. Rosie also hunts ferociously alongside her. But even as more girls bodies pile up in the city the Fenris seem to be graining power and are getting stronger. Rosie dreams of a normal life beyond the wolf hunts. She finds herself drawn to Scarlet’s only friend and fellow partner Silas, a young woodman who is deadly with an ax. Does loving him mean betraying her sister and all that they’re working for???

My Thoughts:

- I really enjoyed this book. I love how the author took a classic fairy-tale and turned it into a modern-tale, and filled it with twist and turns, action and excitement around every corner..

-I also fell in love with the characters too. How Scarlet was always the brave sister, and fighting off the Fenris along side with her sister Rosie and her friend Silas. While Rosie just wants a normal life and also at the time falling in love with her sister's best friend..

-The Plot and story-line  was also very well thought of, it felt so real, and was filled with so many surprises....  I’m looking forward to reading more books by Jackson Pearce in the future.

-And I give this book 5/5 stars..
