My Review:
This story is about a girl named Rebecca. Her mother died when  she was young and now she lives with her father in New York. Rebecca is sent to New Orleans, while her father is away on business in China. She couldn’t feel more out of place in New Orleans.  She’s staying in a creepy old house with her sweet cousin Aurelia, and her weird Aunt Claudia, who reads tarrot cards for a living. Rebecca goes to a snooty school, with a bunch of rich girls that treats Rebecca like she’s invisble. Only gorgeous, unavaibable Anton Gray seems to give her the time of day, but she wonders if he’s got a hidden agenda. Then one night, among the oak trees in Lafayette Cemetery, Rebecca makes a friend with a young sixteen year old black girl. She is sweet, but very mysterious. Her name is Lisette.  Lisette is eager to show Rebecca the nooks and crannies of New Orleans. There’s just one catch, Lisette is a ghost. A ghost wih a score to settle. As Rebecca learns more from her ghost friend, and as she begins to trust Anton she uncovers a   startling  truth about her own history. Will Rebecca be able to right the wrongs of the past, or has everything been ruined beyond repair?

My Thoughts:

- I really enjoyed this book. I love the  mystery and how I felt like I was actually there in New Orleans with Rebecca, which was so cool.... The characters were also fun and very enjoyable. Like Claudia, Rebecca's aunt, she's so weird but so funny at the same time. And also how Rebecca had a mysterious past that she never knew about, and when she  discovers the truth about what laid behind it, everything changes forever for her.

-I also enjoyed the mysterious plot too, and how it was done in New Orleans which was really cool. So yeah, I  definitely recommend this book to anyone that likes spooky, drama, and mysterious, ghost stories. You’ll really enjoy this book.

-And I give this book 5/5 stars...
