My Review:

They called their selfs Halflings.. Half human, half angel beings, each one with a purpose in their lives.. Mace, Vine and Raven's mission, is to keep Nikki out of harms way.. Even though they don't know why.... So.. Can Nikki trust these unearthly beings to protect her from this mysterious evil that's out to kill her, before it's too late? Even if it means a broken heart.... Only time will tell...
Nikki will be thrown into a world she never knew exists while discovering her true part of all of this...
My Thoughts:
-With mystery, love, heartbreak and hard choices that Nikki will have to face.. In order to protect the two Halflings that wly grown feelingsshe has slowly grown feelings for... Or.. Risk losing everything even it meants a broken heart... And in the end Nikki's choices that she will have to face, affect the future of an entire race of heavenly beings... As well as the sake of the earthly world...
-Halflings is amazing. I fell in love with this mysterious world that Nikki enders that Heather create in this book.... I also enjoy the refreshing human heronie and the mysterious Halflings that protect her...
-I like how tough Nikki was... Even though their were times that she was scared out of her mind... She still stood up for herself... I also enjoyed the point of view of the boys too, and how I got a better look of what they are thinking.... Like how both Mace and Raven are struggling with their own problems....
-In this unearthly book, with mystery and dark secrets just waiting to be uncover around every corner... You will fall in love with this beautiful fun light read.... Halflings will have you at the edge of your seat wondering what will happen to Nikki, Mace, Vine and Raven next...
- So in other words this book was amazing... And I can't wait to read the second book when it comes out this fall to see what will happen to Nikki, Mace, Vine and Raven in their next adventure....
-And I give Halflings 5/5 stars...
